FUN FACT: There’s more to being a member of Master Networks than just attending chapter meetings.
True story!
Chapters are the lifeblood of Master Networks. If you’ve attended a chapter meeting, you’ve felt the energy in the room. You know that there’s a unique connection among the members, and once you learn about B.O.N.D. you understand why!
Scheduling face-to-face meetings is a way to build on those connections. Face-to-face meetings allow for a greater use of B.O.N.D., and more importantly, you get to make a new friend, a friend who trusts you and will refer you to their friends. That road goes both ways, of course.
There are also the chapter leadership teams. People who serve on leadership teams are invaluable and visible, and reliable leadership team members often see an increase in ROI as a result. Being on a leadership team will also help you develop skills that you may not have even known you had.
Being a referral-giver can also increase the value of your membership! In a study done two years ago, the top three referral-givers reported the greatest ROI in their chapter. That’s a fascinating correlation, and one I wouldn’t have thought of.
At this moment, I’m going to assume you’ve read Chas’ book, Five Plus One. Yes, I know what happens when you assume — I’ve been told many times — but go with me here.
In school, I learned there were four different learning styles–visual, aural (listening), reading/writing, and kinesthetic (physical). I’m the reading/writing type ALL THE WAY. I’m sure this comes as a huge shock.
But there are other people who learn by listening and watching. This is why we have Master Networks University. Its short videos — 1-2 minutes — all based on the principles Chas teaches in Five Plus One.
Every member has access to Master Networks University, right there in the Back Office!
And last, but never least, are the regional and national events that all Master Networkers have access to. At the regional events, Master Networkers can connect with members in other chapters and learn from each other, trade tips and resource ideas with each other, and build their network.
Imagine doing that on a national level!
